Real life and career starts after schooling - a story

There were 3 school friends named Mr 1st, Mr 2nd and Mr 3rd.  The names were given as per their rank in their class every year.  This trend was going good until 10th class/grade.  Surprzingly in 10th class Mr 1st become 3rd rank, Mr 3rd become 1st rank and other guy remains same.  From there onwards things got changed and the new trend continued. After their academics 3 of them chose different careers but trend did not changed. I think this happens to most of the students either at the end of the schooling or after.  So dont pressure your kids for ranks but encourage them to be best in their career of interest.
